LEADERSHIP IN SUSTAINABILITY

We are international leaders in sustainable development, and have developed some of Australia's most sustainable commercial buildings, including Australia's first 5 Green Star rated building, 8 Brindabella Circuit.

The Majura Park buildings will be even more energy and water efficient than 8 Brindabella Circuit, modelled as emitting approximately only a quarter of the carbon dioxide of a conventional building and will use 60% less water.

We have set our sights on far exceeding the highest NABERS standard at Majura Park. All buildings in the Majura Park Stage One are modelled to emit half the carbon dioxide of a 5 Star NABERS building, and a quarter of the carbon dioxide emissions of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) requirement by using technologies such as trigeneration.

This means that the building is modelled to emit approximately a quarter the carbon dioxide of a conventional building, and means the building far surpasses the Commonwealth Green Lease Requirement of 4.5 Star NABERS.
